I had a great experience here at Home Town Health Dental and Schenectady, New York. My hygienist was Pamela. She was so professional thoughtful and did a great job explaining basically her every move to me throughout my cleaning check up. Kudos to Pamela keep up the good work. I highly recommend this practice

I had to bring in my mother in law due to her dentures breaking after 6mo. The person that attended us at reception was so rude, talking to us like we were a bother. We kept it calm and left after her appointment was booked. My father in law goes here too and his dentures constantly break. I will taking her elsewhere once we’re all set. It’s always this way, the staff there is rude as if the people are such a bother.

I called to make an appointment I have been going to them for years, all of my dental work has been done there. This horrible excuse for an employee just told me I have never been there dental ever … she told me that I must’ve went to Ellis or somewhere else. Again I have gone there for years upon years I may have not been there for a couple of years as I have moved to another state . But she was persistent on telling me I have never been there and then hung up on me. That is not professional in anyway. This is the type of people they hire for a profession that requires customer service and care.. unbelievable. I have been going there as well as my kids.. so what happened did they lose my records???? How dare you tell me what I have done in my life!!!! That girl, can’t call her a woman because she definitely did not act like one and should not be working there apparently she hates her job and people… I can not believe the way she spoke to me then hung up on me….

I Had my first appt today. My RDH Theresa C was fantastic and the dental doctor was also great. It will take time, but the ball is rolling on getting dentures. The facility itself is spacious, clean and well kept. The guy they checked me in was friendly and personable. I was happy with my dental visit

Everyone who works at Hometown Health Centers Dental are all very nice and the nurses and doctors are great at their dental work. The only reason I gave the 4 stars and not 5 because it's hard to get a appointment
